Fees and Consultation

GOLDBLUM & HESS prides itself both on providing outstanding legal services and on charging very reasonable fees. Jane and Wendy encourage prospective clients to compare our fees with those of other attorneys throughout the United States. Jane and Wendy believe that what distinguishes their firm from those of their distinguished colleagues (and competitors!) is that they work on all the cases in their office. Immigration law offices whose work is done predominantly by their legal assistants may be able to charge a little less, but we know you are entrusting your future to us. We cannot and do not delegate that responsibility.

GOLDBLUM & HESS bills on a flat fee basis. We will enter into a retainer agreement which will set forth a reasonable stream of payments. Of course, an initial fee is required for us to start our work. If in the course of your case you find that you are having difficulty making a payment then call us. We can work with you. 

Jane and Wendy regularly conduct short consultations over the phone at no charge. If you need an in-depth consultation in person we will charge $150, which will be applied toward the legal fee if you retain us.

Jane and Wendy offer appointments Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Should you desire an appointment, you can schedule a time over the phone, by fax, or by e-mail.
