Anastasia Bannikova

Anastasia Bannikova joined Goldblum & Hess in February 2007 as a paralegal in order to assist the firm with the increasing number of H-1B Petitions for nonimmigrant workers. In addition, she helps with employment-based Immigrant Worker Petitions and Adjustment of Status cases.

As a U.S. permanent resident who had to go through the entire immigration process without any legal help, Anastasia fully understands the anxiety that accompanies this important step in life, and therefore she takes each case seriously. She holds a Master of Arts degree in International Development from Dalhousie University, located in beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Mass Communication from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. Her Master’s thesis, titled “Kazakhstani Immigrant Intelligentsia in Toronto: the Process of Social, Cultural and Professional Integration,” is currently featured on the Center for Immigration Studies’ website (www.cis.org).

Anastasia is a citizen of Kazakhstan and is fluent in Russian.
