James Dieckman joined Goldblum & Hess in January 2008 as a legal assistant to work in the filing of PERM applications for Labor Certification. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at the Department of Labor, Philadelphia Backlog Elimination center reviewing labor applications.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, and has worked in a diverse number of fields, including computer training and support, product manager, technical sales support and independent contractor and consultant. He has lived all over the country, including the Chicago and San Francisco bay areas, pursuing jobs in the technical fields. Having worked on both sides of the application process gives him a unique perspective on the procedures for PERM certification.
