Jonathan A. Grode is a recent graduate from Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law (Magna Cum Laude & Albert J. Bricklin Memorial Award winner) and an Associate at Goldblum & Hess. Jonathan has worked continuously in the business immigration law field since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University in 1999. Jonathan first joined the firm in 2004 as a Legal Assistant and continued working full-time while pursuing his J.D. as an evening student. He also possesses vast experience dealing with both U.S. and consular immigration law based on his previous employment in New York and London.
Jonathan has co-authored several immigration related articles, and given numerous presentations. In addition, Jonathan is currently teaching Business Immigration Law at Temple University School of Law as an Assistant Adjunct Professor. Jonathan is an active participant in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division Statewide High School Mock Trial Program. Jonathan wrote the case problem for the 2007 - 2009 competitions and was named the primary author of the problem for the 2010 national mock trial competition which will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
