Jonathan Grode

Jonathan is a fourth year evening law student at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. Jonathan has worked in the business immigration law field since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University in 1999. He has vast experience dealing with both U.S. and consular immigration law based on his previous employment in New York and London.

In addition, Jonathan is an active participant in the Pennsylvania Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division Statewide High School Mock Trial Program. Jonathan wrote the case problem for both last year’s and this year's competitions, dealing with civil cyberstalking and kidnapping, respectively, and was recently named the primary author of the problem for the 2010 national mock trial, which will be held here in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Furthermore, he has served as a presiding judge during the Philadelphia Regional Tournament from 2005 to the present.
