May 23, 2006. “An Inside Look at PERM’s Trends & Changes”, AILA Web Conference. Jane spoke on avoiding audits and how to handle experience gained on the job, one of the most troubling issues.

May 3, 2006. Jane spoke at the New York State Bar Conference on Immigration, New York City. She spoke on all Employment-Based Immigrant Visas.
